About Pathfect

As a 16-year-old junior, I thought finding a program related to my interests would be easy, especially living so close to D.C. and wanting to study political science. However, I was wrong. In my sophomore and junior years, I started my search late and quickly realized everything was complicated and scattered. Every website looked different, every application had a different process, and deadlines passed before I knew they existed. I became so overwhelmed that I had over 40 tabs open at one point, and still hadn’t submitted a single application. That experience stuck with me. I felt frustrated. Was I already behind before I even got started? After talking with my peers, I knew I wasn’t the only one. I created Pathfect because I believe every student should have equal access to the same opportunities, no matter where they live, what they’re interested in, or when they start searching. This platform is designed to make finding and applying to programs easier, faster, and less overwhelming, so no one feels shut out before they’ve even had a chance.

At Pathfect, we believe students shouldn’t have to dig to find the right opportunities. Our mission is to connect students to academic and pre-professional programs that align with their major, at any time of year, all in one place.
